Leadership Clubs for Kids are two fold, and categorized upon the age of the participants. The two programs are as follows,

Highlight Kiddies
The objective of Dr. Kuma’s creation of Leadership Clubs for Kids with the Highlight Buddies and Kiddies programs is to instill confidence and positive attitudes that will be inculcated into them as kids and stay with them throughout their adult lives.
The programs ensure, to as great an extent as possible, that your kids become well adjusted individuals and team players who will be able to contribute to the maximum for themselves in terms of excelling at the school curriculum, careers, be great players at work (in time to come) instead of becoming misfits and social outcasts.
Highlight Buddies is designed for children between the ages of three and six years of age and Highlight Kiddies for those between seven and nine years of age.
The thinking formulated by Dr. Kuma is to engage kids in a program of continuous leadership development that will help and aid them in school and at a later stage in career development.
As a parent, help pave the way for your child to be an outstanding leader by stimulating his or her hidden potential and couple it with an admirable personality.
The leadership Clubs for Kids will prepare your child to go through the many challenges in life with ultimate confidence.

The programs as designed by Dr. Kuma, uses creative activities to enhance confidence, enable public speaking and build that all important confidence to go forward, to sing and dance without any phobias, including the use of theEnglish language
The program also incorporates visual and auditory activities to improve learning and listening skills including memory games for improving studies and other suitable topics relevant to the age group
